RETURNS

Returned product will not be accepted without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by MBRP’s Customer Support Team. You can obtain this number by calling 1 (888) 636-7223 or emailing info@mbrp.com. The item must be clearly marked “Canadian Goods Returned” on any paperwork completed and a copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned item. The RMA number must be recorded on the outside of the box. MBRP is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned goods and cannot accept returned product that has been damaged during shipping. MBRP may apply a 25% restocking charge to new products being returned non-defective. Freight and customs charges (if any) will be applied unless the product is confirmed to be defective, or we accidentally sent you the wrong part.

Q. Can I return or exchange a part?
MBRP will accept returns of brand new, unused, uninstalled, or defective items within 30 days of purchase if purchased directly from MBRP. The product must be in original packaging and be accompanied by RMA paperwork.
If the product has been used or installed, a refund will not be given. Return product may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Q. Do I have to pay for shipping on a return?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective, or we accidentally send you the wrong part. 

Q. What if the part is defective or damaged?
Contact us via email at info@mbrp.com . We will do everything we can to get it taken care of as quickly as possible.

Q. What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?
If you have a part that has a warranty problem, please call MBRP Customer Support at 888-636-7223 or email info@mbrp.com and we will take care of you directly.

Q. What if I cancel my order before I receive it?
Contact orderdesk@mbrp.com with your order number for cancellation requests.
If the order has been processed or shipped, we most likely are not able to stop it and you will then need to set up a return. Product may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
